Maine的法律要求
需要多少名指定急救员？
No numeric first-aider-to-worker ratio is imposed. Under 29 CFR 1910.151(b), in the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace, the employer must ensure one or more persons are adequately trained to render first aid and that adequate first-aid supplies are readily available. OSHA interprets 'near proximity' as a 3–4 minute emergency-medical response time for higher-hazard workplaces and up to 15 minutes for low-hazard offices; otherwise a trained first-aider must be present on site.

OSHA does not prohibit online training for the workplace requirement but recommends hands-on skills practice (practical demonstration) in its best-practices guidance (OSHA 3317). Grey zone: blended training with a practical skills assessment is accepted.

- The performance standard sets no numeric first-aider ratio; the obligation turns on the accessibility of a medical facility and the hazard level.
